A new benchmark in design and care delivery, Regis Camberwell is now open and operational

HSPC led the architectural design and delivery of Melbourne’s latest $40M greenfield residential aged care home, nestled in the inner eastern suburbs.

The exterior design aesthetic enhances the surrounding area, blending seamlessly with its environment. Located adjacent to parklands, it provides a connection to nature, complemented by a thoughtful biophilic overlay.

Luxury and comfort are reflected throughout the home which features a salon, day spa, library, cinema, and private dining room. These amenities provide engaging spaces for residents and their loved ones to connect and celebrate special occasions together.

The three-storey, 112-bed residence was completed by Building Engineering, with meticulous attention to detail at every stage.
