Planning approval for Footscray Clinical Hub

HSPC is thrilled to announce granted planning approval for Footscray Clinical Hub in Melbourne. The $170M nine-storey private hospital will deliver clinical services through 5 operating theatres, inpatient units, medical imaging, allied health and specialist consulting services. By fostering synergies with the new Footscray (Public) Hospital and strategically situating itself in close proximity to tertiary education institutions such as Victoria University, this clinical hub is set to deliver essential healthcare services to the Footscray community. Following the new Development Facilitation Program process, Footscray Health Hub is one of the first health projects in Victoria to be approved using the accelerated assessment pathway. We look forward to the commencement of construction next year.
