Having managed a $1.2B healthcare real estate portfolio and led the delivery of over 900 aged care beds through greenfield, brownfield, and refurbishment projects, Sam has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in seniors living. His experience in strategic asset planning, market analysis, and navigating regulatory frameworks will strengthen our ability to deliver innovative, commercially viable, and future-ready design solutions for our clients.
