Martin has overseen the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects, spanning from master planning through to final delivery. In his role as the lead for Quality Assurance, he is accountable for the comprehensive implementation and certification processes, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards.
Martin's expertise lies in his deep knowledge of contracts, project documentation, and project management. His strong focus on adding value, combined with his engineering background, allows him to drive the seamless and efficient delivery of high-quality projects.
