Sam leads the strategy and commercial aspects of HSPC Health Architects’ Seniors Living division. With over 17 years of experience in aged care, healthcare development, and corporate real estate, he specialises in strategic asset planning, market analysis, and feasibility studies. His expertise spans greenfield, brownfield, and refurbishment projects, having successfully delivered over 900 aged care beds and managed a $1.2 billion healthcare real estate portfolio.
He has a deep understanding of the regulatory frameworks and commercial drivers shaping the seniors living sector. His experience working with healthcare providers, investors, and development teams enables him to align strategic vision with practical, future-ready design solutions. At HSPC, he strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver commercially viable and innovative seniors living environments that meet evolving industry needs.
