HSPC is actively engaged in crafting a comprehensive Masterplan for the revitalization, restoration, and expansion of Cabrini Private Hospital in Malvern. The primary objective is to expand the existing surgical and emergency medicine services, renew the existing inpatient facilities, and to unlock and improved patient experience throughout the public realm.
A carefully staged approach ensures logical, structured growth, minimising impact on existing operations and ensuring patient safety throughout the brownfield expansion. The new works maintain Cabrini’s position as a world leader in healthcare through exceptional healing environments and clinical efficiency.
The initial phase is dedicated to the creation of a five-storey development, housing essential healthcare services such as the Emergency Department, Ambulatory Care, Palliative Care, Medical Consulting, and facilitating a large Operating Theatre Suite expansion.
