HSPC was commission to undertake a Master Plan Review and Feasibility Study for a new private hospital, aged care and retirement living in a greenfield development in Cardinia. The site is eight hectares and is in the process of being subdivided into health, aged care, retirement apartments, hotel and retail.
HSPC was extensively involved with the developer in defining the scope of services, functional relationships, and strategies for staging (shell spaces, undertaken extensive consultation with users, government and council.
The hospital will have three main towers of differing heights and this will be used to introduce light into areas of deep planning (consulting suites), roof tops for outdoor
