Eastwood Private Hospital is a leading orthopaedic surgery facility, focused on innovative, patient-centred design.
Located on the prominent Greenhill Road in Adelaide, the 6-storey, purpose built facility will house a wide range of surgical and consulting specialties to meet the growing demand in the South Australian market, offering patients convenient access to top-tier care near the CBD. The project is a collaboration between Barwon Investment Partners and Fortius Hospitals, operating under a doctor-led model.

The new hospital will expand healthcare services, featuring six integrated orthopaedic theatres, inpatient care, radiology, pathology, and allied health services. The design maximises views of the adjacent parkland while incorporating a grand foyer and café, fostering an engaging street presence and a strong public connection within the prominent streetscape. A vibrant public plaza along Greenhill Road seamlessly integrates with the surrounding parklands, enhancing community engagement. The striking double-height framed entrance defines the grand foyer, creating a welcoming transition between the arrival, reception, and dedicated drop-off areas.
In alignment with its commitment to sustainability, the project is designed to achieve a 4-starGreen Star rating. The design integrates energy-efficient solutions, sustainable materials, and environmental best practices to minimise its ecological footprint.
