HSPC collaborated with Japara (now Calvary Aged Care) to design a dementia expansion seamlessly integrated into the existing Mirridong Aged Care facility in Bendigo.
The 16-bed extension artfully mixes contemporary aesthetics with the established architecture, promoting an open ambiance with a pitched ceiling in the lounge & dining spaces, creating a light filled space for residents to feel comfortable and at home. Promoting the site’s potential, the design incorporates efficient linkages to the existing structure, facilitating seamless operational synergy.
The meticulously crafted expansion enhances the physical space and embodies the client’s holistic philosophy of providing an environment that fosters well-being and individuality for every resident.
