The facility consists of a four-level residential complex, housing 112 private beds with a selection of independent living apartments and a speciality dementia unit. Thoughtfully integrated within an expansive and scaped setting, the development utilises its elevated position to frames weeping views of the adjacent established parkland. This seamless relationship between built form and nature enhances the overall sense of openness, tranquillity, and well-being for residents.

Setting a new benchmark in aged care design, the facility responds to the evolving demands of the sector with a sophisticated yet highly functional architectural approach. The uppermost level is dedicated to communal spaces, fostering social engagement and interaction, while the lower levels are designed to prioritise privacy and ease of accessibility. A specialised dementia wing is embedded within the facility, offering a carefully curated environment that balances safety with autonomy, acknowledging the nuanced requirements of residents with higher acute care needs.

Luxury and well-being are at the heart of the design, reflected in a suite of premium amenities including a salon, day spa, library, cinema, and private dining room. These spaces are conceived not only as points of leisure but as vital components in fostering meaningful connections between residents, families, and the wider community. Every detail—materiality, natural light, spatial flow—has been meticulously considered to create an environment that redefines contemporary aged care living, delivering both aesthetic refinement and a deeply human-centred experience.
