HSPC approached the masterplan for Mildura Rural Base Hospital with a comprehensive strategy, characterised by innovation and a fresh perspective, unencumbered by the site’s past history. This allowed us to explore new avenues and possibilities for the hospital’s development.
Our team possesses a unique understanding of health precincts and the necessity to collocate clinical, research, and education capabilities. This insight ensured that the masterplan aligned with the hospital’s long-term objectives and requirements. With a specialist health planning team, we demonstrated a capacity to understand and translate the goals and aspirations of stake holders. We prioritised effective and courteous communication to manage stake holder expectations throughout the project.
