HSPC is leading the design of the new expansion at Peninsula Private Hospital, a 5-storey consulting and clinical building with two basement levels. The development will accommodate 200 cars and provide 8,000 sqm of net leasable area (NLA), ensuring it meets the growing demand for high-quality healthcare services in the region.
Sustainability is at the forefront of this project, with a strong emphasis on Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) principles. The building is designed to meet Australian Unity’s ambitious 5-Star Green Star requirement, incorporating energy-efficient systems, sustainable materials, and advanced environmental strategies to reduce its carbon footprint while delivering exceptional healthcare spaces.
This expansion will enhance the hospital's capabilities, offering state-of-the-art clinical and consulting facilities to better serve the local community.
