The new Aged Care Residence forms a key component of a rapidly expanding health, education, and community services precinct that has been identified in Werribee.
Capturing the strongly person-focused ethos of the St Vincent’s organisation was central to the design response. Various accommodation styles, in line with market demand, are provided, including resident bedrooms, generously proportioned and positioned to provide each resident with a comfortable and engaging environment.
Spiritual support for residents and their loved ones will be provided via a chapel and contemplative external reflecting pool. The wider community integration will be targeted through the inclusion of a Wellness Community Hub, adjacent to the Residence.
