Establishing a greenfield hospital in Victoria's growth corridor.
In partnership with St Vincent’s, this project delivered a four-level private hospital in Melbourne’s growing western suburbs, establishing a new facility within the Werribee health precinct.
This expansive development features a 112-bed hospital that provides a broad range of medical services, including general medical, surgical, and maternity care. Key facilities within the hospital include multiple operating theatres, a Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD),advanced medical imaging, an emergency department, consulting suites, pharmacy services, and a dedicated chapel.
Designed with thoughtful consideration, the hospital's layout centres around a unified 'hospital street' at the lower level, which is seamlessly connected to a central chapel and shared community spaces, ensuring a harmonious flow of services and enhancing the overall patient experience.
